Based on the major specialty in NVH R&D,I managed Complete car testing and NVH department for seven years after experienced Car Project Leader. During this period, fully engaged New NVH Laboratories and the Full vehicle low noise wind tunnel. Project leader of Noise quality research, Noise control materials, Active noise control technology and SEA. Established collaboration with B&K,Rieter Automotive and Lotus Eng’ing.

Environmental noise research Laboratory. Established measurement method in high damping materials and material development. Basic anti-vibration rubber design and supporting technology.
